Closure of LAT GmbH & Co. KG after 38 Years of Business

Dear Business Partners,
After 38 successful years in the manufacturing of stamped parts for the electrical and automotive industries, we would like to inform you that we will cease the operational activities of LAT GmbH & Co. KG as of June 30, 2025.
Our company has always been characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial determination, and technical expertise. We consciously chose to maintain maximum independence, keeping all our processes in-house and thus achieving vertical integration that enabled us to operate flexibly, quickly, and efficiently.
The decision to close the business was made with great care and after thoroughly weighing all factors—and reflects a complex situation. Our order volume remained consistently stable, often even pushing the limits of our capacity. We have always strived to meet the demands placed upon us with the highest standards of quality and with entrepreneurial consistency. Nevertheless, we are now faced with societal and political conditions that, taken together, increasingly undermine a long-term perspective. In this context, the step we are now taking seems to us to be the right one.
